  • increasing creative and economic resilience amongst current and future artists/creators of color by identifying and developing the next generation of writers, performers, and stagecraft artists from communities that have faced institutional and structural barriers to mainstream musical theater.

Staff & Board


VTC is led by founding Artistic Director Janeece Freeman Clark, with Managing Director Jessica Sporn. The make-up of our Staff and Board reflects our mission of DREAM. We are predominately women led, and are 55% Black, Hispanic and Asian, and 45% white.
