Our programs are available to all, regardless of financial means.
We offer payment plans as well as financial assistance on a case by case basis.
VTC KIDS
VTC KIDS teaches our youngest actors ages 8 - 14 to believe in their creative ideas, have the bravery to express them in front of others, and learn to be supportive of their peers. VTC KIDS learn basic theater techniques to communicate characters, feelings, and stories, which will increase their focus and exercise their imaginations. They develop trust through cooperation and collaboration – learning to accept and build on each other's creative ideas in an atmosphere of DREAM: Diversity, Reciprocity, Education, Activism and Mentorship. These skills will serve them not just for the stage – but for the stages of life!
Program runs October 6 - January 12
This season VTC KIDS will rehearse and perform Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka Jr., and follow the adventures of the enigmatic candy manufacturer who hides golden tickets in five of his delicious candy bars. The lucky finders win a tour of the Wonka factory and a lifetime supply of candy. The children must follow Mr. Wonka's rules in the factory—or face the consequences!

VTC TEENs
DREAM VTC JR. is open to all musical theater lovers between the ages of 13 - 16. The program is for students who love musical theater and want to continue to explore it. Instructors empower participants to augment their skill set and confidence Once enrolled, students audition for specific roles within the production.The spotlight remains on the process, even as the production culminates in full-scale performances.
Program runs November 17 - March 2
Roll the dice, plead with luck to “be a lady tonight!,” and fall in love with Guys and Dolls Jr. This unforgettable story - called one of Broadway’s most perfect musicals - weaves together romance, risk, and rhythm, delivering a delightful blend of wit, charm, and heart.
DREAM VTC is tailored for aspiring musical theater professionals. This by-audition program for ages 15 - 19 is guided by seasoned professionals to cultivate a professional experience. Participants, from casting to applause, embrace the demanding rigor of a professional production, often attracting the attention of talent agencies. The program refines musical theater skills and serves as a launchpad for emerging talents in the field.

In roaring twenties Chicago, Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap—until he discovers he's been duped! Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another 'Merry Murderess,' Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and headlines in this dynamic production of Chicago Teen Edition. Ultimately, they join forces in their quest for the 'American Dream': fame, fortune, and acquittal.

SUMMER CAMPS
DREAM SUMMERSTOCK VTC INTENSIVE
DREAM Summerstock VTC Intensive is a 3 week comprehensive sleep-away program for the serious Musical Theater performer, ages of 12–19. Staff is led by professional actors and directors. Campers participate in skill enhancing workshops, a full range of outdoor activities, and perform in one of four fully produced shows. Summerstock 2024 shows are Alice By Heart, Mean Girls, 13 the Musical, and She Kills Monsters.
VTC KIDS DAY CAMP
VTC Kids Day Camp teaches youth, ages 8–13, to believe in their creative ideas, express them in front of others, and learn to be supportive of their peers. This summer, VTC Kids Day Camp will rehearse and perform Madagascar Jr! Based on the smash DreamWorks animated motion picture, Madagascar,A Musical Adventure Jr., this show follows all of your favorite friends as they escape from their home in New York's Central Park Zoo and find themselves on an unexpected journey to the madcap world of King Julien's Madagascar. 2024 Day camp dates are July 8th - August 2nd, with 4-week or 3-week session options.
